Between 24th -25th of January 2017 took place the fourth team meeting of the project ” Green School Education as a Promotion of Sustainable Use of Cultural and Natural Heritage and Resources ” in Craiova, Royal Hotel. The purpose of the meeting was to review the activities  occurred as well as establish the ones to come in order to achieve the objectives and indicators. 

7 persons attended the meeting (3 Members of Association Center for Development Montanesium, Bulgaria, 3 members of Forever For Europe Association, Romania,  and 1 translator ro-bg)

The main topic  of the meeting was the first edition of Green School.The discussions were about the feedback of the participants, the improvements to be made for the upcoming editions and sharpening the touristic product. A very important topic was the organizing of the second edition of Green School, which will take place in Varshets in Bulgaria between 27 march and 1st of April 2017. So, there were established general aspects for organization, related to selection of participants or running the activities.

At the meeting were debated topics and established measures related to the content of the reports released by the first level controllers, essential documents for the elaboration of the reimbursement sheets, the content for the webpage, organizing the activities for the elaboration and spreading the promotionals, DVDs and other informative materials, support for the activities run by the Tourist Info Center and preparing the media campaigns for radio and TV.
