The third project team meeting of the project “Green School Education as a Promotion of Sustainable Use of Cultural and Natural Heritage and Resource” was held Between 26-27th of September 2016, at Craiova, Royal hotel.

The aim of the meeting was to review the state of the activities implemented so far, and to establish the upcoming actions in order to achieve the objectives and to accomplish the proposed indicators.

At the meeting attended 7 participants (3 representatives of Center for Development Montanesium, Bulgaria, 3 representatives of Forever for Europe Association, Romania and 1 translator ro-bg).

During the meeting were discussed aspects and established measures regarding the report contents elaborated by the first level controllers, essential documents for reimbursement forms to be submitted, the informative content for the web page, the organization of the activities for development and spreading of the promotionals, DVD’s and other informative materials, support for the activities implemented by the Touristic Information Center and the organization of Radio-Tv campaigns.

The main subject of the meeting was  organizing the first edition of “Green School”, which will occur in Varshets city in Bulgaria between 28th of november and 3rd of december 2016. In order to happen so, there were established general organisatoric aspects, aspects related to participant selection or activities.
