The first meeting fo the Project team was carried out in 2 days (20 to 21 April 2016 ) in Craiova, inside the Lido Hotel, touching the proposed objectives.

The overall objective of the project team meeting was to determine the actions to be taken in the next period to achieve the objectives set and fulfilling the proposed indicators.

The program of the project meeting was on April 20, 2016 between the hours of 13.00-21.00 and on April 21, 2016 between the hours of 09.00-16.00.

There were 7 people participating (3 representatives of the Association Center for Development Montanesium, 3 representatives of the Forever for Europe Association and 1 transalator ro-bg) at the meeting.

At the meeting were discussed issues about the first level control application according to schedule, project progress to date (3 months), organizing information campaign, activities developed in the Tourist Information Centre from Craiova, developing films from Romania and Bulgaria, organizing the 3 courses conducted in Bulgaria – the period of implementation, participants , logistics, determination of the activities that will unfold in the next 3 months , organizing the first press conference – establishing date, materials and logistics necesary and developing a work program for implementation of project activities – in draft.

Following feedback from the participants, 100 % of them were satisfied with the results of the discussion during the course of the project meeting.
